Hi everyone,
One room in my flat is free until the 06th of December.
The rent is 680e/ for the whole month, cleaning in the common areas included.
The flat is spacious and next to Boxi Friedrieschain. The market is 30 seconds away from the flat!
In your room, you'll get a desk and a very stable 100 MB internet connection, which would be perfect if you want to work from home. The room is on the ground floor but in a smaller street, and it's surprisingly calm regarding the animation all around.
There is a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Because of the energy crisis, it would be great to all use hot water and heating with awareness.
I share one room as an office with my partner, and we usually spend time at his flat in the evening.
The flat is mostly our working space, so is a calm and quiet place. We keep the flat clean and tidy, and a cleaning service person comes every 2 weeks.
