For work reasons, I have to move from Berlin for 6-7 weeks.
My room is then available for subletting from October 9th to November 19th (6 weeks). Possibility of extension of a few days / up to 1 week beyond November 19th.
The apartment on the 13th floor with incredible views of Berlin, including a view of the TV tower from the living room window. The flat is very light and spacious, with living room with 3 sofas and TV, a large dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with a small balcony. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The bedroom has a double bed, several bookcases, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a desk.
Rent is 130€/week all included. Sheets, blankets and towels can also be provided :)
It is situated 8 minutes walkfrom Ostbahnhof and just 3 minutes from Weber Wiese U-Bahn. Rossman and Edika are very close by. Go a little further and there is Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Penny, and much more at Ostbahnhof. Just down the road from Berghain. A short walk from Waschauer Str.
We are looking for a woman (25-35y.o.) who is easy-going and respectful of the space and us. You would share the flat with Lakshey (31) an Indian student here in Germany and a start-up owner in India, and Emma-Lou a British creative! We're pretty clean and tidy, rather active, and enjoy cooking, Lakshey more so!
We’re both speaking excellent English and still working on our german!
