Guten Tag,
wir vermieten ein teilmöbliertes Zimmer. Es ist sehr ruhig. Ein grosszügiges Wohnzimmer stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer liegt etwas abgelegen von den anderen Mitbewohnern, dadurch ist es besonders ruhig und es steht ein eigenes Bad zur Verfügung. Momentan steht ein Schlafsofa und ein Tisch im Zimmer.
Das Zimmer / die Wohnung hat einen eher niedrigen Konfort-Standart ( siehe Bilder).
Die Lage ist super. Mitten in Kreuzberg, aber ruhig. 4 Minuten zum U-Bahnhof Südstern, 10 Minuten zum Kanal.
Die Bewohner sind alle berufstätig. Alle verstehen sich gut, aber es gibt sehr wenig gemeinsames WG-Leben.
Die Bewohner sind sehr ruhig.
Eine Verlängerung der 6 Monate Vermietung ist durchaus möglich.
