Ich suche eine nette, aufgeschloßene Mitbewohnerin für melne Wg in Friedrichshain. Das Zimmer ist ist ca 17 Quadratmeter groß, hell und mit hohen Wänden und echtem Parkettboden.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein, 500 Meter zum Boxhagener Platz, gute Anbindung an sowohl U Bahn, S Bahn (Samariterstr., Frankfurter Allee) als auch Trammbahn. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung in einer realtiv ruhigen Straße gelegen.
In der Wg wohne bis jetzt nur ich und die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für zwei Leute. Ich führe gerne ein entspanntes Wg Leben und finde es wichtig, dass Jede ihrem Alltag nachgehen kann und wir die gegenseitige Privatsphäre respektieren. Trotzdem lade ich gerne auch mal ein paar Leute ein, mache eine Party oder trinke auchmal ein Bierchen oder Glas Wein auf dem Balkon, weswegen ich keinesfalls an einer Zweck Wg interessiert bin. Sauberkeit ist mir natürlich auch wichtig und im allgemeinen ein freundschaftlicher Umgang.
Ich bin Raucherin und rauche in der Küche und auf dem Balkon:)
