It is a small but cozy room with a loft-bed and access to a balcony that is shared with one of my flat-mates: Raya. The walls are quite thin so we are very respectful about not disturbing each other with loud music or noise during the evenings and nights. I will put away most of my things in suitcases so that you will have room to unpack.
The tram is right outside the door and it is also a short walk to both Frankfurter Tor and Warschauer Straße if you want to take the U-bahn. The flat is in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of nice bars and cafes. It is close to both Boxi and RAW, so if you like Flohmarkts, Sundays are perfect here.
I live with 3 flatmates, Mo, Ronja and Raya, they are all very nice and cool people. The vibe in the flat is friendly and chill but we mostly live quite independent lives from each other. Some of us study and others work. We share a kitchen and two bathrooms, clean up after yourself and make sure to keep things tidy.
Be friendly, clean up after yourself, and be quiet if or when you come home late to not wake people up. :)
I will leave in the afternoon on Sunday the 7th of May and come back on Saturday the 20th of May.
Please leave things as nice and clean as they were when you arrived.
