The apartment is located in the beautiful and lively district of Friedrichshain, very close to S/U station Frankfurter Allee. Shopping facilities, supermarkets, spätis, bars, restaurants, cafes, and parks etc. are within walking distance. You walk 10 minutes to Boxhagener Platz.

We are both working full-time and are looking for a roommate who is preferable similar to our own age group and also working. Deborah (32) is working self-employed as an art director and photographer but works on any set position. Before moving to Berlin, Deborah (32) was working in nursing care. When not abroad/outside working on projects (sometimes spontaneously) she is working from home. Deborah is vegetarian but will not try to convince you to be vegan, too. In her spare time, Deborah is keen on traveling, going to exhibitions, the gym, doing stand-up paddling, ski, and she also has a boat and sailing license.
After finishing his PhD in 2020, Lars (35) is now working in the field of applied energy transition and climate protection. Usually three days from home and two days in the office to help making progress with the energy transition in both national and international projects. He is very keen and passionately producing music, also likes exhibitions and is going to the gym as well.
Both of us enjoy Berlin and basically all the the good stuff Berlin has to offer. We like doing things on our own but also enjoy doing things together when our schedules permit it. Thus, we are looking for someone who also likes to enjoy doing stuff together with their flatmates. We really appreciate having a clean and tidy apartment. Therefore, included in the price is also an amazing cleaning lady. We are open-minded, relaxed people and look forward to meeting you in person.
