Hi my loves!
A room is available for one month while my flatmate is away from 6th August - 6th September!
The flat is beautiful, altbau, with good amount of shared space. The room has enough space to comfortably sleep and work in, and lots of natural light and high ceilings.
Enquire as well about weekly rates ! :)
The flat is located a couple of minutes walk from Boxhagener Platz, a prime location with tons to do. Lots of bars, clubs, restaurants, cafes right nearby.
Transport is also fantastic, with U Bahn, S Bahn and trams all walkinf distance away :).
You’ll be living with me! Im George, im a queer designer and teacher living in Berlin. I speak English and also some German (currently learning). Im very friendly and sociable, but also respect peoples personal space. definitely not looking for a Zweck-WG vibe, and like to occasionally chat and get a drink, maybe cook together.
I’m also recently moved in to the flat, so we can both create a nice dynamic together :).
