Hallo ihr Lieben:)
wir möchten unsere schöne, helle Wohnung in Friedrichshain nahe U Frankfurter Tor vom 1. bis 23. September untervermieten. Für eines der beiden Zimmer haben wir bereits jemanden gefunden (FLINTA BIPoC). Für das zweite Zimmer suchen wir noch eine Person (oder ein Pärchen) (nur Leute mit zumindest einem Grundmaß an Rassismusbewusstsein!).
Neben den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es ein 26qm großes Wohnzimmer und natürlich Küche und Bad zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Die Miete beträgt 480 Euro für die drei Wochen. (Zeitraum und Preis sind aber auch verhandelbar)

we would like to sublet our nice, bright apartment in Friedrichshain near U Frankfurter Tor from September 1 to 23. For one of the two bedrooms we have already found someone (FLINTA BIPoC). So we are still looking for a person (or a couple) for the second room. (Only people with at least a basic level of racism awareness!).
Besides the two bedrooms there is a 26sqm living room and of course kitchen and bathroom to share. The rent is 480 Euro for the three weeks.
