Ich biete mein Zimmer in Friedrichshain zur Untermiete für einen Monat an. Es ist ein renoviertes Zimmer in einem Altbau mit schicken Dielenböden.
Das Zimmer ist praktisch eingerichtet und verfügt über ein gemütliches Bett, einen Schreibtisch für Studium oder Arbeit, Stauraum unter dem Bett und einen großen Kleiderständer mit Haken für deine Kleidung.
Die Lage ist top – direkt am Boxhagener Platz (Boxi). Sowohl der S-Bahnhof Ostkreuz als auch die Warschauer Straße sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Parks gibt's hier jede Menge.
Ich bin Student und suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer für einen Monat übernehmen möchte, während ich verreise. =) Perfekt, wenn du die Gegend erkunden oder einfach nur für kurze Zeit hier sein möchtest.

I offer my room in Friedrichshain for sublease for one month. It is a renovated room in an old building with chic floorboards.
The room is practically furnished and has a comfortable bed, a desk for study or work, storage space under the bed and a big clothes rack with hooks for your clothes.
The location is top - directly at Boxhagener Platz (Boxi). Both the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station and Warschauer Straße are within a 10-minute walk. Shopping, restaurants and parks are plentiful here.
I'm a student and looking for someone who wants to take over my room for a month while I travel. =) Perfect if you want to explore the area or just be here for a short time.
