We have a room ~12sqm free in our WG in Friedrichshain from 15.11.2023-24.11.2023 Neubau, great location, spacious living room, a very nice terrace/patio, 2 bathrooms - one with an amazing shower. The flat has floor heating. We’d like someone chill and responsible to move in for approximately 3 weeks months.
The flat is fully furnished as well as your room with a big wardrobe and double bed, office desk and a chair.
- Price is 270€ for 9 days everything included (individual days can be booked)
- Deposit is 150€
The room is available until Thursday 24th of November 2023.
You will receive back the deposit immediately afterwards if everything is okay with the room

Wir haben vom 15.11.2023-24.11.2023 ein Zimmer ~12qm in unserer WG in Friedrichshain frei. Neubau, tolle Lage, geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine sehr schöne Terrasse/Terrasse, 2 Badezimmer - eines mit einer tollen Dusche. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fußbodenheizung. Wir möchten, dass jemand, der entspannt und verantwortungsbewusst ist, für etwa drei Wochen und Monate bei uns einzieht.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, ebenso Ihr Zimmer mit großem Kleiderschrank und Doppelbett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl.
- Der Preis beträgt 270€ für 9 Tage, alles inklusive (einzelne Tage buchbar)
- Die Kaution beträgt 150€
Das Zimmer ist bis Donnerstag, 24. November 2023, verfügbar.
