Schönes WG-Zimmer in Friedrichshain zu vermieten. Erst mal nur für drei Monate, aber mit Aussicht auf unbefristete Verlängerung.
Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und zeichnet sich durch die große Fensterfront und den glatt geschliffenen Dielenboden aus. Besonders charmant ist der kleine Erker und die große Flügeltür. In der Miete enthalten sind die Möbel: Ein Bett mit Matratze, ein Sofa, ein Bücherregal, eine Kommode, sowie ein kleiner Schreibtisch (ohne Stuhl). Dazu gehören eine Küche, mit einer kleinen Speisekammer, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne UND Dusche, sowie eine kleine Abstellkammer. Im Hinterhof gibt es einen Ort, um Fahrräder abzustellen.

The room is spacious and bright, with large windows and a polished wooden floor. It has a charming little bay window and a French door. The rent includes furniture: a bed with a mattress, a sofa, a bookshelf, a dresser, and a small desk (without a chair). Included is a kitchen with a small pantry, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub AND shower, as well as a storage room. In the backyard, there's a spot for keeping bicycles.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr belebten Gegend am Boxhagener Platz, mit Cafés und Bars direkt vor der Haustür.
An Samstagen wird dort ein Markt veranstaltet, auf dem man Gemüse, Obst und Blumen kaufen kann. Der Flohmarkt am Sonntag lässt jedes Sammler*innenherz höher schlagen.
Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist mit ca. acht Minuten Fußweg schnell zu erreichen und eine Straßenbahn ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Zum Ostkreuz braucht man etwa 10-15 Minuten.
The flat is located in a lively area, right next to Boxhagener Platz. Plenty of cute cafés and bars around. On Saturdays, the farmers' market offers fresh vegetables and flowers, and on Sundays, the flea market provides everything you need for that F-hain look. The nearest U-Bahn station is just an 8-minute walk away, Ostkreuz is reachable within 15 minutes, and a tram station is conveniently located around the corner.
Zusammenleben wirst du mit Paulin und Karo. Paulin studiert Informatik, steht auf nerdy stuff, ihre Pflanzen und töpfnern. Karo studiert Kulturwissenschaften, reist gerne, lernt spanisch und ist oft im Kino zu finden. Beide legen Wert auf ein herzliches und respektvolles Miteinander. Gemeinsame Film- oder Kochabende sind gerne gesehen, aber oft reicht es schon abends bei einer Tasse Tee oder Gläschen Wein in der Küche beisammen zu sitzen. Es geht einfach darum, mit- und nicht nebeneinander leben. Hierfür suchen wir eine*n liebe*n Mitbewohner*in, der*die rücksichtsvoll und aufgeschlossen ist. Queer Menschen und Internationale willkommen!
Außerdem haben einen wöchentlich rotierenden Putzplan und wechseln uns ab, Öl, Toilettenpapier, Putzmittel und andere Dinge für unsere WG einzukaufen. Leider keine Pärchen oder Haustiere. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.
You will live together with Paulin and Karo. Paulin studies computer science, likes nerdy stuff and pottery. Karo studies cultural studies, enjoys traveling and can often be found at the cinema. Both value a warm and respectful living together. Movie or cooking evenings are welcome, but for us it's actually just about sharing and caring for each other. Sometimes a tea or wine in the kitchen and a little chit chat is already enough. We want to live with each other and not next to each other. For this purpose, we are looking for a kind roommate who is considerate and open. Queer-friendly people and internationals welcome!
We also have a weekly rotating cleaning schedule and take turns buying oil, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and other things for our shared apartment. Unfortunately no couples or pets. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
