15qm Zimmer in gemütlicher 3er WG mit Wohnzimmer, offener Küche & Balkon

Hi, wir sind Flo (26) & Uli (29) und wohnen seit 2 Jahren zusammen in unserer gemütlichen WG. Unser dritter Roomie verlässt uns Ende Januar, sodass wir eine(n) netten Nachfolger(in) suchen.

Wohnung
Unsere Dachgeschosswohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und hell. Das Wohnzimmer ist extrem groß, hat eine große Eckcouch, Fernseher, Esstisch und einen "halb"-offenen Zugang zur Küche. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man direkt auf unseren Balkon auf dem man besonders im Sommer viele schöne Sonnenuntergänge und laue Abende verbringen kann. Einen Grill haben wir ebenfalls. Für den Winter haben wir zudem eine kleine Sauna auf dem Balkon (ca. 80 Grad). Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und hat neben einer Dusche auch eine Badewanne. An manchen Stellen sieht man der Wohnung an, dass sie bereits ein paar Jahre bewohnt wird. Insgesamt ist sie aber gut in Schuss und hat alles was man braucht.

Die Fotos sind etwas älter und in unmöblierte Zustand. Mittlerweile sind Küche und Wohnzimmer aber voll ausgestattet.

Dein Zimmer
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß, hat zwei schräge Dachfenster, Nord-Lage (dennoch hell, weil im 5. Stock) und geht wie alle anderen Zimmer direkt vom Wohnungsflur ab. Das Zimmer hat Laminatfußboden und kommt mit:
- Bett
- Matratze
- Lattenrost 2x
- Kleinem Nachttisch
- Einer Schublade
- Kleiderschrank
Für Boden und Möbel freut sich unser dritter Roomie über eine Ablöse von 300 EUR VB.
Leider haben wir kein aktuelles Foto von deinem "leeren" Zimmer. Wir freuen uns drauf dir dein Zimmer ggf. in Person zu zeigen, wenn du zur Besichtigung vorbeikommst :)

Hi, we are Flo (26) & Uli (29) and have been living together in our cozy shared apartment for 2 years. Our third Roomie is leaving us at the end of January and we are looking for a new roomie.

Apartment
Our apartment is very spacious, cozy and bright. The living room is quite large, has a big corner couch, TV , dining table and a "semi"-open access to the kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to our balcony, where you can spend many beautiful sunsets and evenings, especially in summer. For winter times we have a small sauna on the balcony (approx. 80 degrees). The bathroom is quite spacious and has both a shower and a bathtub.
In some places you can see that the apartment has been lived in for a couple of years. Overall it is in good shape though and has everything you need.

The photos are a little older and in unfurnished condition. The kitchen and living room are now fully equipped.

Your room
Your room is about 16 square meters, has two sloping roof windows and faces north (still bright because it's on the 5th floor). The room has laminate flooring and comes with:
- Bed
- mattress
- Slatted frame 2x
- Small bedside table
- A drawer
- Wardrobe

Our third roomie is happy to receive a fee of EUR 300 VB for flooring and furniture.
