Cosy room with wooden decor, pastel colours and a nice desk. The bed is made of solid wood and is very comfortable, with a new mattress. The bed linen is new and of excellent quality, with one for use and a spare for easy cleaning. The price is negotiable, depending on the length of stay, and is 40 euros per day.
The building is located close to Frankfurter Tor station and has many facilities nearby. There are also some supermarket options less than 10 minutes away. Rigaer Strasse is a very interesting street with a wide variety of bars and restaurants, but it's also very quiet and peaceful. You can't hear anything from the flat apart from the birds.
My two flatmates are also travelling during this period. So you'll probably be on your own or with one person subletting the other room. There are now crazy house rules besides the basics, such as normal socialising, weekly cleaning and silence when someone is asleep and at night.
I would make a video call before the confirmation to get to know each other better.
I would also kindly ask the person to look after the plants and keep the house as ventilated as possible.
