Hallo, ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer netten 2er WG nähe der Warschauer Straße.
Die Wohnung ist hell und hat vormittags Sonne:). Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon im anderen Zimmer, den du aber natürlich auch mal nutzen darfst.

The flat is bright and the sun shines inside until noon.
There is a small balcony in the other room, that you can use too from time to time.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am RAW Gelände und Boxhagener Platz.
Alle möglichen Bars, Restaurants, Flohmärkte, Läden und auch Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Man ist außerdem super angebunden mit der S+U Warschauer Straße und U Frankfurter Tor. Außerdem fahren viele Busse und Trams.
The flat is right next to RAW Gelände and Boxhagener Platz.
There are plenty of bars, restaurants, fleamarkets, shops and supermarkets very close.
With S+U Warschauer Straße and U Frankfurter Tor (+many bus- and tramstations) has the flat very good transport connections.
In der WG wohnt außerdem Marie. Marie ist 24 Jahre alt und eine ganz liebe Mitbewohnerin. :))
Sie ist tagsüber unterwegs, kommt aber nachmittags wieder und dann sitzen wir oft zusammen und trinken einen Kaffee und quatschen.
Wir unternehmen auch gerne mal etwas, das ist aber natürlich kein Muss und jeder hat seine Privatsphäre.
You would share the flat with Marie. Marie ist 24 years old and a very nice person.:))
She is not at home during the day, but she comes back in the afternoon. Then you will probably meet her in the kitchen drinking coffee.
We enjoy doing something togehter as well, but that doesn’t have to happen of course. We respect each others privacy.

Und stelle dich ein bisschen vor, wer du bist, was du in Berlin machst und wie du dir das Zusammenleben vorstellst.:)
Es wäre außerdem wichtig, dass du die Wohnung für den ganzen Zeitraum untermietest (also 10.03.-18.04.2024).
Der Preis von 600€ gilt pro Monat, das heisst, der angefangende Monat wird dann einfach nach Tagen berechnet.
