Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in für ein 28 qm großes Zimmer in unserer wunderschönen WG in Friedrichshain.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock eines Hinterhauses in der Rigaer Straße. Insgesamt sind es 170 qm, mit großer offener Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eins mit Dusche und eins mit Badewanne. Das Highlight ist die 70 qm große Dachterrasse, mit Sommerwhirlpool und Außendusche sowie großem Sitzbereich.
Die U5 erreicht man in 4 Minuten zu Fuß, den Boxhagener Kiez in 10 Minuten. Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Späti quasi vor der Tür.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell mit hoher Decke und schönem Parkettboden. Im Sommer bleibt es angenehm kühl. Das Bett steht in einer kleinen Nische, die einem Ruhe und Privatsphäre bietet. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Kleiderschrank (200x60x236).
Die Kosten für das Zimmer betragen 1400€ - da ist aber alles dabei (Strom-, Wasser-, Heizkosten, GEZ, Internet, Reinigungskraft alle zwei Wochen).

We are looking for a new roommate for a 28m2 room in our beautiful shared flat close to Frankfurter Tor in Friedrichshain.
The flat is in the penthouse on the 6th floor of a rear building in Rigaer Straße. It is overall 170m2 with a big open kitchen and a cozy living and dining room. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The highlight is the 70m2 rooftop terrace with a summer whirlpool, a shower, and a big seating area. You will reach the U-Bahn station Frankfurter Tor within 4 minutes, Boxhagener Kiez in 10. There are multiple grocery stores and a Späti right around the corner.
The room itself is 28m2 with lots of light and beautiful dark wooden floor. Despite being on the top floor, it stays fairly cool in summer. The room is partially furnished with a double bed that fits perfectly in a little corner, offering some quiet and privacy, and with a big closet (200x60x236).
The monthly rent for the room is 1400€, which includes electricity, heating, water, internet, GEZ, and a cleaner every other week.

Wir sind Tim (32) aus London und Martin (37) aus Düsseldorf. Wir arbeiten beide in Tech, essen gerne mal zusammen und hängen im Sommer viel auf der Dachterrasse rum. Außerdem machen wir beide leidenschaftlich gerne Musik - Tim spielt Gitarre, Martin Klavier - und haben einen gewissen (wenn vielleicht auch zweifelhaften) Sinn für Humor - Tim macht Stand-up, Martin Improv. Wir haben aber auch beide Phasen, in denen wir viel arbeiten, und wir suchen jemanden, der ebenfalls berufstätig ist, aber dennoch ab und an Lust auf WG-Leben hat.

We are Tim (32) from London and Martin (37) from Düsseldorf. We both work in tech. We like hanging out sometimes, having dinner or spending the summer nights on the terrace. We both love making music - Tim plays the guitar, Martin the piano. We also possess a certain (albeit questionable) sense of humor - Tim loves stand-up, Martin does improv. Having said all that, a lot of the time we’re quite busy with work, so we are looking for someone who is also grownup and working, yet enjoys the perks of living together with other people.
