This lovely little flat, has 3 rooms (with 2 super sweet roommates). One of the rooms I will be subletting for a month, since I will be traveling🏝
It is on the ground floor (so no stairs yay) and the room is facing the courtyard.
The flat is a 7 minute walk from Ostkreuz, 7 minute walk from u5 Samariterstraße and 2 minutes from Boxhagener platz (which is amazing this time of the year☀️)
You will be living with my two amazing roomates both in their 20’s. One is studying and the other one is working. We love to have some fun chats but also respect each others privacy - And most importantly clean up after ourselves. We want it to feel homey for everybody🤗
NOTE: there is no washing machine for clothes but laundromats in the area
