Wir vermieten unser Gästezimmer für den Zeitraum der Europameisterschaft in Berlin. Das Zimmer (möbliert mit Gästecouch und Schreibtisch) verfügt über ein separates Bad und WC. Die Mitbenutzung des großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereichs sowie der zwei Balkone ist möglich. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 137 qm groß und ein kernsanierter Altbau im 4. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar). Neben uns wohnt noch unsere Hündin Lea (gut erzogener Jagdhund) bei uns. Unsere Wohnung, die sich fußläufig vom Frankfurter Tor befindet, ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, genau so wie der Simon-Dach-Kiez, wo es auch viele Möglichkeiten zum Public Viewing gibt. Wir vermieten das Gästezimmer vorzugsweise für den gesamten Zeitraum der EM oder ggf. auch wochenweise. Die Preise staffeln sich wie folgt: 2.000 EUR für den gesamten Monat, 1.200 EUR für 2 Wochen oder 100 EUR pro Nacht bei einem Aufenthalt von weniger als 2 Wochen. Der Mindestaufenthalt beträgt dabei 7 Übernachtungen.
We are renting out our guest room for the duration of the European Championship in Berlin. The room (furnished with a guest couch and desk) has a separate bathroom and toilet. Shared use of the spacious living and dining area as well as the two balconies is possible. The apartment is a total of 137 sqm and is a renovated old building on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator). Besides us, our well-behaved hunting dog Lea also lives with us. Our apartment, located within walking distance from Frankfurter Tor, is excellently connected to public transportation. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, as is the Simon-Dach-Kiez, where there are also many opportunities for public viewing. We prefer to rent out the guest room for the entire duration of the European Championship or possibly on a weekly basis. The prices are as follows: 2,000 EUR for the entire month, 1,200 EUR for 2 weeks, or 100 EUR per night for stays of less than 2 weeks. The minimum stay is 7 nights.
