Hallo ich bin Mike und bin vom 04. Mai bis 20. Juni im Ausland und möchte daher mein Zimmer gerne untervermieten. Im Idealfall für die ganze Zeit aber über kürzere Dauer kann man natürlich auch reden solange es min. 1 Monat wäre. Das Zimmer ist altbau, hat einen eigenen Balkon und ist ca. 14 Quadratmeter groß. Für das Zimmer hätte ich gerne 520 Euro pro Monat was dann je nach den Tagen berechnet werden würde die gemietet werden.
Die Straße ist ruhig und die Lage innerhalb des Rings. Die Wohnung ist auf dem Samariterkiez in der Bänschstraße im 1. OG. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten von der S-Bahn Station Frankfurter Allee und der U-Bahn Station Samariterstraße entfernt. Der Boxhagener Platz ist 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt und Supermärkte 2 und 4 Minuten entfernt.
Die WG besteht aus 2 männlichen Freunden 24 und 25 Jahre alt. Der eine kommt aus Luxembourg und der andere aus München und sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch. Es gibt eine gemeinsam genutzte Küche und Bad. Oft wird zusammen gekocht oder was gemacht aber das kann jeder so machen für sich wie er möchte.
Suche möglichst kurzfristig jemanden der so schnell wie möglich einziehen kann. Schickt mir gerne eure Bewerbung, eine Besichtigung vorher ist natürlich möglich.
