Hallo wir sind Karin, Eric und Levin und suchen Mitstreiter*innen für eine WG Neugründung.
Wir möchten uns für eine 7-Zimmer-Wohnung bewerben, die noch bis zum 1.08. renoviert wird. Dafür suchen wir dich als vierte Person im Bunde um die Bewerbung so einzureichen. Wenn alles durch ist, wollen wir uns noch zwei weitere Untermieter*innen suchen, um mit sechs Personen in der Wohnung zu leben.
Zur Wohnung: Sie befindet sich in der Scharnweberstraße und wird gerade kernsaniert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, wird aber mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die nächsten heißen Sommer können also kommen. Ein Aufzug wird auch eingebaut, aber die Wohnung ist nur zum Teil ebenerdig. Etwa ein Drittel liegt etwas tiefer und ist über drei Stufen zu erreichen, außerdem gibt es einen zweiten Hauseingang.
Wir drei kennen uns seit ca. 8 Jahren und arbeiten alle hier in Berlin. Wir wohnen zur Zeit nicht zusammen, treffen uns aber ab und zu zum Sport oder zum Feiern.
Wir suchen auch noch eine vierte berufstätige Person, damit wir die Wohnung auf dem Papier bezahlen können. Wenn wir dann zu sechst in der Wohnung wohnen, wird die Miete wahrscheinlich um die 800€ liegen. Die Zimmer sind alle ungefähr gleich groß, zwischen 15 und 20 Quadratmeter.
Dem Vermieter gehört das ganze Haus mit einem kleinen Innenhof. Dort werden demnächst ein paar stabile Fahrradständer und Sitzgelegenheiten aufgestellt.

Hi, we're Karin, Eric and Levin and we're looking for people to join us in setting up a new flat share.
We would like to apply for a 7-room flat that will be renovated until 1 August. We are looking for you as the fourth person in the group to submit the application. Once everything is done, we want to look for two more subtenants to live in the flat with six people.
About the flat: It is located in Scharnweberstraße and is currently being completely renovated. The flat is on the top floor, but will be equipped with air conditioning. So the next hot summers can come. A lift is also being installed, but the flat is only partly at ground level. About a third is a little lower and can be reached via three steps, and there is also a second entrance to the house.
The three of us have known each other for about 8 years and all work here in Berlin. We don't live together at the moment, but we meet up from time to time for sport or to party.
We are also looking for a fourth working person so that we can pay for the flat on paper. If there are six of us living in the flat, the rent will probably be around €800. The rooms are all roughly the same size, between 15 and 20 square metres.
The landlord owns the whole house with a small courtyard. A few sturdy bike racks and seating will be installed there soon.
We would be very happy to get to know you and maybe meet up for a coffee or something.
