Unfurnished bedroom, street side facing. Underfloor heating and floor to ceiling windows with french balcony. Windows provide great temperature and sound insulation. Same wooden flooring as the rest of the flat.
In a residential street of Friedrichshain, close to multiple supermakets and public transport (Frankfurter Tor (6 min walk), Samariter Strasse (6 min walk), Storkower Strasse (10 min walk). Supermarkets between 5-10 min walk (Edeka Reske, Rewe Eldenauer Str, Lidl Rigaer Strasse, Bio company Voigtstr.)
Multiple cafes and restaurants nearby.
I am looking for someone to share the flat, initial contract for six months to see if we are a match as flatmates, can then be extended and anmeldung is possible from the start.
The offer is an unfurnished bedroom (available from September 2025) in a two bedroom apartment (with a separate kitchen/dinning/living area). The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher and the most reliable oven in the world). Washing machine is in the bathroom, which has a shower with great pressure and separate bath tub.
Things to note: I am looking for someone very clean and organised whose views are somewhat compatible with mine (insert watermelon emoji here). Living with us will be my medium size (25 kg) rescue dog who sleeps in the living room and will continue to do so when you arrive. Unfortunately cats are not possible.
I work for an environmental NGO, twice a week at the office. There's always movement in the kitchen and I love hosting friends. Feel free to (nicely) ask about anything else!
