You rent 2 bright rooms (2x24m²) with a balcony facing the street. We can agree that I will paint them before you rent them. I actually plan to rent the apartment to you without furniture as much as possible. The photos are just to give you an impression. Only the shelf on the kitchen wall and the shelves in the hallway I would like to leave in the apartment. Otherwise, you could let off steam in the apartment for the 2 years. I keep a room in the apartment but am rather rarely present. But we can still discuss this in detail. I will take the dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator with me during the 2 years. The kitchen has a gas stove. Internet is available and will stay in the apartment.
I assume that within the next 2 years we will get an increase in the cold rent of 50 euros. Due to the current situation, we will settle the service charges and energy costs pretty accurately. I would take here only a percentage share for the days on which I am in the apartment.
The house is situated in a rather quiet area. The M10, the S-Bahnring, the U5 are all within 5-10 min walking distance.
I will only be in the apartment about 40 -60 days a year and will mostly use the apartment for overnight purposes only. I will either get up very early or come in late. So you will have the apartment to yourself most of the year. And I will contact you in advance, so you will always know when I am coming. For personal reasons, I won't be in Berlin very often for the next 2 years. I live in the apartment since 2006 and will probably return.
And please do not be angry, but I really mean it to choose only a woman as a tenant. I have lived very very long in mixed shared flats and am absolutely no man-hater, but in the current constellation I have made the decision that I absolutely want to give the apartment to a woman. Please respect that. An application is possible. I am very decisive, it is important to me that someone is humanly sympathetic to me. Please write me something about yourself in advance, I invite a maximum of 6-10 people to visit. After we have agreed, I have to inform my landlord. This is actually a formality, but his consent is a prerequisite before we signed a contract.
