Hallo, ich vermiete das zweite Zimmer in meiner Wohnung. Der Zeitraum kann auch variabel sein. Das Zimmer ist ordentlich und gemütlich; einige Sachen, wie ein Schreibtisch und eine Matratze, werden zur Verfügung gestellt, ein IKEA Kleiderschrank ist vorhanden - das Zimmer schätze ich deshalb als halb möbliert ein.
Ich bin 34 Jahre alt, männlich, Lehrer an einer Grundschule um die Ecke. Ich bin auch Trainer für Jugendliche in einem Wasserballverein. In dieser Wohnung bin ich seit 10 Jahren und ich bin mit der Nachbarschaft sehr zufrieden. Frankfurter Allee ist in der Nähe mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, hier ist auch Boxhagener Park und im Kreuzberg ist man in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Alexander Platz ist 7 Minuten mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Ich freue mich auf eure Nachfragen! Danke und bis bald.

Hello, I am renting the second room in my apartment in Berlin Friedrichshain. Renting period is negotiable. The room is cosy and clean, a writing desk and a mattress are provided, there is an IKEA wardrobe, so the room is semi furnished. The location is very good, I live here since 10 years and I dont want to move out - Boxhagener Park is 5 minutes away, Alexander Platz 7 minutes with the metro, Kreuzberg 15 minutes with a bicycle.
I am teaching in the elementary school around the corner, I am 34 years old male. I am also a water polo coach for teenagers.
