wir vermieten ein schönes möbliertes 30qm großes Altbauzimmer für ca zwei Wochen 17.06.-04.07.2023 - 250€ für den gesamten Zeitraum und eine Woche für 125€. Die Kaution wird selbstverständlich nach dem Aufenthalt zurückgezahlt, wenn nichts zu Schaden gekommen ist. Es beinhaltet alles was man braucht, ist sonnig nach Süden gerichtet und besitzt einen Balkon. Ich bin einen Monat im Urlaub und du kannst einen tollen Sommermonat in Berlin verbringen!

we're subletting for a month a beautiful, furnished 30 qm room in an old-style building! To be more specific I’ll be gone from the 17.06.-04.07.2023 you could either stay for the whole time or for half the price for one of the two weeks. The deposit will be paid back after the stay, when nothing was damaged. You'd have everything you need, the room looks to the sunny south and has a balcony. I'm a month on holidays and you can spend a lovely summer month in Berlin!
Die S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee (S41/42/8/9) ist 1min, die U-Bahn (U5) 3min und die Tram (M13) 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleiches gilt für das Ring Center, das mit Real, Aldi, Edeka, dm, und vielem mehr perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten anbietet. Biocompany und Lidl sind 400m die Straßen runter. Am Wochenende könnt ihr gemütlich zum Boxhagener Flohmarkt spazieren oder euch in einem der unzähligen Friedrichshainer Cafés und Bars niederlassen. Wenn das nicht reicht sind Kreuzberg und Neukölln schnell erreichbar. Die Anbindung ist in jeder Hinsicht genial!

By foot you can reach the S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee (S41/42/8/9) in 1min, the U-Bahn (U5) in 3min and the Tram (M13) in 5min. Same goes for the Ring Center, which includes grocery stores of all price ranges and shopping opportunities. Biocompany and Lidl are a 400m walk down the road. During the weekends the flea market at the Boxhagener Platz invites for a stroll or you can enjoy the endless cafés and bars of Friedrichshain. If that's not enough, Kreuzberg and Neukölln are around the corner. All in all, the connections are great!
Du würdest mit zwei aktiven, lieben MitbewohnerInnen die Wohnung teilen. Clara ist tätig in UX Design und Diana studiert Politikwissenschaften. Wir wohnen in drei Zimmern und teilen uns Bad und geräumige Küche. Die Küche ist unser Wohnzimmer und wir kochen oft miteinander oder füreinander mit. Wir haben keine Tiere , lieben sie aber. Wir sind nicht pingelig, aber legen trotzdem wert auf Sauberkeit. Da wir eine Nicht-Raucher WG sind, ist das Rauchen innerhalb der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.

You’d live with two active, lovable flat mates. Both working and studying at the same time Clara is in UX design and Diana in political sciences. We live in three rooms and share a spacious kitchen and bath. The kitchen is our living room and we often cook with each other or for another. We don't have animals, but love them. We aren’t fussy, but we care about having a clean apartment. Since we are non-smokers, smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
Die Miete ist warm und beinhaltet auch das Internet. Denkbar wäre auch eine wöchentliche Vermietung. Einzige Aufgabe wäre die Pflanzen ab und an zu gießen. Falls du noch weitere Fragen hast, einen kürzeren Zeitraum suchst oder vorbeikommen möchtest, dann melde dich einfach. Wir freuen uns dich kennenzulernen!
Kleines PS: Ich hoffe ihr versteht, dass ich Anfragen, die den Zeitraum sprengen, rein aus Zeitgründen nicht beantworten werde.

The price includes heating and internet as well. There is also the possibility to rent for weekly. Only favour to ask is to water my plants from time to time.
