Da ich kurzfristig beruflich unterwegs bin wird mein gemütliches Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist zur Strasse mit Balkon. Da es in einer Nebenstrasse liegt ist die Whg sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, mitten im Szenenviertel von Friedrichshain in der Nähe vom Boxhagener Platz, wo jeden Mittwoch+Samstag Markttag und jeden Sonntag Flohmarkt ist (Boxi+Revaler Strasse). Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und Clubs sind gleich um die Ecke, jedoch liegt die Whg in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, wo man von dem ganzen Trubel direkt nichts mitbekommt. Es wäre erstmal für den Monat April allerdings suchen wir dann ab Juni jemanden für eine längere zeit. Der Mai müsste überbrückt werden. Meine liebe und unkomlizierte Mitbewohnerin Asly (spricht Engisch, Spanisch und Deutsch) ist 25 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Software Ingenieur. Der Mitbewohner sollte respektvoll, sauber und rücksichsvoll sein.

I offer my super cozy room with a balcony. the flat is located in the heart of Friedrichshain with plenty of bars, nice cafes, restaurants, clubs close by but the flat is on a quiet side street off the busy track. Every whensday+saturday there is a market and every sunday a nice flea market in the near (Boxhagener Platz/Revaler Strasse). My lovely flatmate Asly (25) is looking for a new flatmate initially for april with possibility to extend from june till the end of the year if you vibe and respect each other and common spaces. She work as a software Ingenieur and speaks english, german and spanish.
