Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich, warm, hell und hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist perfekt für ein Pärchen oder auch nur eine Person. Das große Zimmer hat einen Balkon, ein grosses 2x2m Bett, Sofa, einen grossen Wandschrank, Schreibtisch, Pflanzen. Die Küche ist hat alles an Geschirr, einen Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Esstisch. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche, Fön, Wäscheständer, Handtücher.
Es gibt Internet. Es ist warm. Pflanzen, Bücher und eine Musikanlage machen die Wohnung gemütlich.
Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Fahrrad kann hinterm Haus oder im eigenen Keller angeschlossen werden. Geraucht werden darf auf dem Balkon. Nur Tiere bitte nicht mitbringen.

I am looking to sublet the larger room of the 2 bedroom apartment from March 5th until the 28th of May.
The flat is cosy and warm, spacious (62 m2) and fully equipped. It is perfect for a couple or for one person. There is the large room (for you) with a balcony. It has a large bed (200 x 200 cm), storage for clothes, a sofa, a big desk and lots of plants. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a fridge, washing machine and a dining table. We have a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a hairdryer, clothing rack and towels.
There is Wifi. The flat is well heated. There are nice plants, as well as books and speakers to listen to music.
The flat is on the fourth floor and there is a backyard where you can lock your bike. There is free parking on the street upfront.
The flat is non-smoking except for the balcony. I can't accept pets.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Kiez zwischen den Kiezen Friedrichshain und Mitte, daher ruhig. Sie liegt parallel zur Karl-Marx-Allee zwischen Straussberger Platz und Frankfurter Tor. Die U-bahn Station and der U5 nennt sich Weberwiese. Dort bist du in 2min zu Fuss. Volkspark Friedrichshain ist 5 min weg, der Supermark 3 min und es gibt ein paar Takeout Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Taxis zu Mitte, Kreuzberg oder Friedrichshain kosten nicht viel, da die Wohnung wirklich gut gelegen ist.

The flat is located between Mitte and Friedrichshain right behind Karl-Marx-Allee, near the U-Bahnhof Weberwiese (U5), just a 2 min walk down the street. The Friedrichshain Park is just 5 min walk away, the Supermarket 3 min. There are a few takeout eateries nearby. Taxis to Mitte, Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg won´t cost as much as it´s quite a central flat.
Du wirst hauptsächlich die Wohnung für dich haben, da sich mein Lebensmittelpunkt verschoben hat und ich nur noch zum Vergnügen oder kleinerer Jobs nach Berlin komme. Also vielleicht 1x, max. 2x in den nächsten 2 Monaten.

You´ll be primarily alone in the flat, as i live elsewhere and spend no more than a weekend or a week a month in the flat in the next 2 month.
