suchst Du / ihr eine unkomplizierte Unterkunft um Berlins Hot Spots im Frühling zu entdecken? Dann ist hier der Jackpot :)
Kurzfristig vermiete ich für 17 Tage mein großes, helles WG-Zimmer mit Balkon an eine Einzelperson oder auch an 2 Personen. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit einem 1,40m Bett, bei Bedarf gibt es einen Drucker, der genutzt werden kann, ebenfalls habe ich als Kunstlehrerin/Künstlerin eine Grundaustattung an Mal- oder Grafiksachen, die auf Anfrage genutzt werden können. Wir haben auch ein kleines Gästezimmer mit E-Piano und Gitarre. Das Klavier und die Gitarre können auch gerne genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung bietet außerdem einen weitläufigen und geräumigen Flur, eine kleine Küche und ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Meine MitbewohnerInnen sind sehr sehr herzlich, kreativ und ziemlich busy momentan, aber auf Wunsch immer aufgeschlossen für einen Chat. Es handelt sich um Liz (26) vegane Köchin, Kourosh (30) Schauspieler und Choreograph und Ivan (36) Grafikdesigner. Wir sind LGBTQ freundlich!!!

are you looking for an easy and friendly place to stay in one of the most popular areas in Berlin-Friedrichshain. Here is the jackpot :)
Quite spontaneously, I will rent room for 17 days my flatshare room for one or two people. The room is spacious (28 square meters), very bright, with wooden floor and with a nice balcony and nice antique furnitures and a 1,40 m bed. I have a printer which can be used and as an art teacher/artist I also have basic equipment for painting or graphic works which can be used if you wish so. We also have a small quest room with an e-piano and a guitar. Both instruments can also be used.
Next to the room the flat offers a huge corridor, a huge bathroom with shower and bath tub and a small kitchen to sit and cook in.
My flatmates are the sweetest ever. There is Liz (26) vegan cook, Kourosh (30) actor and director and Ivan (36) graphic designer. They are open-minded and creative people with a busy schedule but always up for a chat if wished for. We are open to international and LGBTQ-people and we all speak English.
If two people will stay in the room I would like to ad 50 Euro to the rent because the water and gas prices are going like crazy at the moment. Thank you for your understanding!

Der Simon-Dach Kiez ist einer der trendigsten Hotspots in Berlin durch das angrenzende RAW-Gelände oder den Boxhagener Platz. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in der Umgebung und wunderschöne Flohmärkte am Sonntag. Die Wohnung ist aber leise durch Doppelfenster!
Die Straßenbahn / U-Bahn und S-Bahn befinden sich gleich um die Ecke.
The Simon-Dach neighborhoor is one of the most hip places in Berlin. There is the RAW area around the corner with a skate park, bars, clubs, a music hall and great fleemarkets on Sundays. There is also the Boxhagener Platz around the corner with great restaurants, bars and also some clubs and also a flee market on Sunday. Still, our flat is quiet and I have double glass windows.
The tram/ S and U-Bahn are just around the corner.
