Hi Everybody,
I m subletting my Room from the 9 of July till the end of September, with possibility to stay longer, since I do not know when I m coming back. Is a flat shared with other amazing Flatmates, a German Guy, a Spanish girl, a Greek Girl and a couple of an Italian guy and German girl waiting for a baby =). the room is with all my stuff inside, but I will make space for your clothes, private balcony, desk, small bed down and double size Highbed. No Anmeldung possible, straight over the Sunflower hostel in a super location. The month of July you will pay 350 then august 500 September 500. for any internees let me know! =) BIG UP!

over the sun flower hostel 2 minuts from warschauer strasse really quite area full of young people..we have an Aldi (supermarket) at the corner, kaiser( warschauerstraße) 3 minuts,lidl and netto 5 minuts far away.u bahn, s bahn, m10 and m13 5 minuts walking. connected with all Berlin, a lot of club disko bar restaurant and shop in the area!!!!!
there are 7 rooms, 2 baths 1 with shower 1 with bath tub, both big. a kitchen where everyone has his space for food in the 2 fridge and out, we share just base things like salt pfeffer etc......the flat is normally preatty clean and there is the advice to wash what you use so that everybody can use the kitchen! we are all not
diktatorial but clean! that's all! i dont start to descrive the flatmades you can meet them and feel free to choose! everybody is really nice and cool and have something to share!!!!!!if you dont' want contact with the others or the world just keep the room door close and nobody will disturb you!
PEOPLE!!!! i hope that is enough descriptions, came to see the room and meet the other flatmades so that you can check it out your self! sorry for my bad englisch =(! for any question write me an email and i will write you back!
