Hallo, ich suche ab Juli für ca. 1 Jahr (10-14 Monate) ein*n Mitbewohner*in. Schreib mir einfach, von wann bis wann du suchst.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 20 Quadratmeter groß, also sehr geräumig. Im Zimmer steht ein Schreibtisch, ein großes Bett (160*200) und ein Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt drei Zimmer, wovon eines ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer ist.
Die Küche ist sehr schön, mit vielen Pflanzen und es gibt einen Tisch, an dem man zu viert sitzen kann. Es gibt außerdem alles, was man zum Kochen braucht.
Die Wohnung liegt nah am U Samariterstr.
Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und ist sehr schön hell. Es gibt Fenster zu beiden Seiten, sodass zu jeder Jahreszeit Licht hineinkommt.
Die Nachbarschaft ist außerdem sehr freundlich und angenehm.
Ich arbeite unter der Woche. Gerne ab und zu mal gemeinsam Abendessen/ein Bierchen - muss aber auch nicht.
