mein gemütliches 25 qm WG-Zimmer im schönen Samariterkiez wird frei, da ich zum Arbeiten am Bodensee bin, deswegen stelle ich es hier als Frühjahrsresidenz, als Basis zum Erkunden, Treiben lassen und für die weitere Job- und/oder Wohnungsuche in der Stadt zur Verfügung!
Das Zimmer hat hohe Altbaudecken und ist voll möbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett, Kleiderständer, Kommode, Sessel, Stauraum), den Zugang zum Balkon gibt es auch mit dazu.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, es gibt einen großen Flur mit zusätzlichem Stauraum, eine große und gemütliche Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Ihr werdet zusammen mit Momme (23, Politikwissenschaftler) und Daniel (21, auch Politikwissenschaftler) wohnen. Wir machen viel zusammen in der WG und die Jungs sind supernett. Die Wohnung und das Bad wurden vor unserem Einzug renoviert,
Hi, I will be subletting my spacious (25 sqm) and comfortable room in Friedrichshain, right next to the U-Bahn Stop Samariterstraße for the month of March. The Room has a balcony and high ceilings with stucco and is completely furnished. The appartment is spacy, we have a nice and spacious kitchen, a big hallway with extra storage possibilities and a modern bath room with shower/tub and a laundry machine.
Your temporary roommates will be Momme (23, Student of Political Science) and Daniel (21, Student of Political Science). The atmosphere in the flatshare is familial and the boys are openminded and friendly.

Zwei Minuten Tür zu Tür zur U5 (Samariterstraße), jeweils 8 min Fußweg zur M10 (Frankfurter Tor), sowie M13 und Ringbahn (Frankfurter Allee), In 10 Minuten ist man bei der Simon-Dach-Straße oder am Boxhagener Platz, auch die Warschauer Straße ist nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Im 5 Minuten Radius gibt es alles was man fürs alltägliche Leben braucht, Supermarkt/Biomarkt, Bank, Post, Videothek, Apotheke, Spätverkauf und unverzichtliche Wettbüros. Dazu gibt es einen Super Asiaten direkt bei uns im EG und auch sonst ein super kulinarisches Angebot.
Miete, All inclusive: € 420
Melde dich gerne direkt übers Handy: (siehe unten) und/oder schreib einfach kurz was über dich - und schau gerne bald vorbei, um die Wohnung und das Zimmer genauer zu inspizieren.
Vorbeikommen könntest du ab dieser Woche (also ab dem 07. Februar), nachmittags bis nachts - das können wir einfach per E-Mail klären.
