The room is furnished and is suitable to rent short term. It contains a single mattress 90x200, a small table and chair, and two shelves. For someone who owns a lot of stuff, it may not be the most practical. However, there are also empty shelves in the hallway that you are welcome to use.
The flat is located at a well connected area. The M13 and 21 trams are directly outside the flat, along with the 240 bus. Ostkreuz station is a 7-8 minute walk away so a lot of the S-bahn lines are also easily accessible.
There is a Lidl and a Sparkasse on the same street. The street also has a lot of nice restaurants, cafes and shops.
We are all very relaxed and approachable people. There are 3 of us in the flat (an Irish guy, a German girl and an Egyptian guy). We are completely openminded and happy to consider all people. We are quite clean and everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves but otherwise there are no problems. We are up for conversations but you are also free to do your own thing. We are all working during the week.
Total rent for 5 weeks is €250. All bills (gas, electricity and wifi) are included in the cost of rent.
Deposit is €100 and will be refunded at the end of the stay if there are no damages. Please contact my email address if you are interested. I only speak English.
