Hi zusammen [english below] :)!
da unser Mitbewohner Michael leider zum 01.08.18 für ein paar Monate ins Ausland geht, wird sein Zimmer für ~9 Monate frei und sucht eine(n) nette(n) Zwischenmieter(in). Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes, helles, möbliertes 17m² in unserer 4-WG. Das gesamte Appartment ist ca. 120 m² und wir haben einen riesigen Wohnbereich inkl. schöner Terrasse, die zu gemütlichen Abenden und einem abendlichen Glas Wein einlädt. Wir sind voll ausgestattet (Wasch- und Spülmaschine, große Couch, 2 Badezimmer, Badewanne, Dusche uuund unsere zwei Hausschafe Ulla und Ulf - keine Sorge es sind keine echten Schafe), du bräuchtest also nicht mitbringen.
Since our roomie Michael will be going abroad from 01.08.18 for ~9 months, his room will be vacant and is looking for a nice tenant. The beautiful room is bright, completely furnished and about 17 m² big, while the entire appartment is ~120m² big. It´s a 4 person flatshare. We have a huge living space (kitchen and living room) incl. a cozy terrace that is awaitung you for mellow evenings and a glass of wine. We are fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, couch, 2 bathrooms, bath tub, shower aaaand our two sheep Ulla and Ulf - don´t worry its not real sheep) - so you wouldn´t have to bring anything.
Die Lage ist superb, mit Tram und Buslinienabfahrt quasi direkt vor der Tür und <10min zu Fuß zum Ostkreuz. Einen Lidl und Edeka gibt es direkt um die Ecke. In das Herz von Fhain zum Boxi mit Bars und Restaurants ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten gelaufen. Kurz: Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt.
The location is superb, with a tram and busline basically right in front of our house and the Ostkreuz reachable within <10min by foot. Supermarkets around the corner. To reach the heart of Fhain, i.e. Boxhagener Platz, you need less than 5 minutes by foot. In a nutshell: You have everything you need.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Maxi (28, Bauingenieur), Carina (24, MA Student) und Alex (26, HR-Managerin). Wir sind also eine Berufstätigen WG und haben einen dementsprechenden Rhytmus. Unter der Woche verbringen wir unsere Abende ruhig, kochen und essen zusammen wenn es sicht ergibt - wenn wir ausgehen dann am Wochenende. Wir sind alle entspannt, ordentlich, nett, unkompliziert zuverlässig und würden uns wünschen dass du das auch bist. Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck WG sondern alle gute Freunde und würden uns wünschen, dass du nicht nur Teil der WG sondern auch unsereres Freundeskreises wirst :).
You future roomies would be Maxi (28, Engineer), Carina (24, MA Student) and Alex (26, HR-Manager), so we are all working full time and our rhytm of life is accordingly. During the week we like to spend our evenings quite and chilled, we cook and eat together if our schedules allow it - and if we go out, its during the weekend. We all easy-going, tidy, reliable, friendly and uncomplicated and would be hoping you are too. We are definitely not a "Zweck-WG", i.e. we are all good friends and would hope and expect that you not only become part of our flatshare but also of our group of friends :).
