There is quiet, furnished room 16m² available up from December 1st 2018 but not to get rented for less than 4 month. The room is located in a private apartment on the 8th flour of a 10-store -building 500 m away from Alexanderplatz. Besides of me there will live another young woman in our WG. Phiona Wanyana is her name.
We want a very easygoing, very communicative and uncomplicated person who will be ready for a nice WG life.
One shared bathroom and kitchen are guaranteed. A wireless internet connection is available also. You will have a queen size l bed - means for example there´d be space for a visitor as well. In the room there´s lots of sunlight, a wardrobe and another small cabinet as well as a new big TV. In addition there is chair and a simple computer desk with an office chair.
A bus stop and a tram stop are in front of the house.
We look for an easygoing, very friendly and coummicativ Person for a good WG-life.
Friends describe me as polite, likable, social, accommodating, very helpful and tolerant. Furthermore I have experience with finding you a job if you may be in need of it. Me I remained youthfully, natural and funny. I like parties, clubbing and dancing.
I worked as a teacher of application training and job activation for five years. But meanwhile voluntarily I help migrants to find a job in Berlin or even escorting them to authority appointments including filling up forms and suporting them in the discussion with the jobcenter.

Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges Zimmer, welches sich in einer Privatwohnung in der 8. Etage eines 10-geschossigen Wohnhauses mit Fahrstuhl befindet. Es ist ein möbliertes Zimmer mit 12m². Wir bevorzugen eine sich locker und ungezwungen verhaltene Person, die auch und vor allem sehr kommunikativ ist.
Bad- und Küchenmitbenutzung sind gewährleistet. WLAN ist verfügbar. Es ist ein einfaches Schlafzimmer mit einem großem Ehebett, einem Nachtschrank, einem neuen hellfarbenen Kleiderschrank für zwei Personen, einem neuen Fernseher, einem sehr einfachem Computertisch einschließlich eines komfortablen Bürostuhls und einem normalen Stuhl. Der Alexanderplatz (City Ost), ist 500 Meter entfernt und viele der wichtigsten Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten im Bezirk Berlin-Mitte sind fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarere Nähe befinden sich der traditionsreiche alte Berliner Ortsteil Prenzlauer Berg sowie der lebhafte Bezirk Friedrichshain, zum Beispiel mit den vielen gut besuchten Straßencafes für beliebte abendliche Treffs.
Ich selbst war im Jobcenter 5 Jahre lang Lehrer für Bewerbungstraining und Jobaktivierung. Inzwischen helfe ich vor allem EU-Migranten einen Job u finden oder ich begleite sie bei Behörden- oder Jobcenterterminen einschließlich Englisch-Übersetzung, Formulare ausfüllen und Unterstützung in der Diskussion.
