We have a 16m² unfurnished room available to rent in a 3 bedroom flatshare. We're looking for a female flatmate. The room is available to move in between April 13 to April 30 but moving in earlier is a plus. This is an old building with high ceilings. We're on the 1st floor and your room faces west onto the street. There's some street noise on the weekends but that's part of living in a lively area with many bars and restaurants :)
We're in our 20's and 30's and looking for another female flatmate. We speak English and it's a queer flat, so being queer friendly is important. We don't want anyone too young but aside from that, we're just looking for a good fit: someone who's sociable and easy going but also independent. Artists and creative people are welcome. We like techno music and go out but it's not a party WG. A sense of humour is a plus since we like to hang out together but we really need a drama-free, honest and clean flatmate first. We're light meat eaters and have no preference about your diet. We don't schedule meals together but we like to cook together when we're in the mood.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an Anmeldung which is why the price is low for the area. We don't rent our rooms on airbnb while on holiday so if that's important to you, this wouldn't make a good fit. The kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. The kitchen has a dishwasher with spacious countertops and shelves (finally: all your crap will fit) and a table that sits 4 comfortably. Located at U-Frankfurter Tor and the M10 tram. The flat is non-smoking (although we both smoke: ah, the mysteries of life) Looking forward to hearing from you!
