Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung in Berlin Friedrichshain (5. OG ohne Aufzug). Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche und zwei weiteren Zimmern. Ein Zimmer hat so ungefähr 11 m² und das zweite hat ca. 18 m². Das Badezimmer ist klein aber mit Waschmaschine, Badewanne und Tageslicht ausgestattet. Allgemein ist die Wohnung sehr hell und hat eine kleine Terrasse mit Weitblick. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ungefähr 75 m² groß. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für das alltägliche Leben benötigt.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert bis möbliert. Befristung kann eventuell verlängert werden.
M13 vor der Tür, M10 3-5 min und U- und S-Bahn Warschauer Straße 5-8 min
Ich bin berufstätig und fände es cool wenn du auch berufstätig wärst. Finde eine reine zweck-wg doof. Freunde zum Grillen einladen finde ich cool, Partys in der Wohnung nicht. Ich wohne jetzt ca. 12 Jahre in Berlin und habe 8 Jahre in WGs gelebt. Ich habe eine kleine Tochter die regelmäßig bei mir ist. Bei weiteren Fragen meldet euch gerne.
Gender und sexuelle Orientierung sind mir egal. Besuch finde ich schön, auf Dauergäste habe ich allerdings keine Lust.
