Da ich für ein paar Wochen reise, suche ich eine*n nette*n Zwischenmieter*in für die 7 Wochen (der Ein- und Auszug kann evtl auch um ein paar Tage flexibel gehandhabt werden) für mein schönes Zimmer in Friedrichshain. Gerne für jemand, der*die kurze Zeit in der Stadt ist oder eine Bleibe sucht, um von hier aus bequem etwas für längerfristig zu finden.
Es handelt sich um das Herrenzimmer in der Wohnung mit wunderschöner Flügeltür, Stuck, Erker und Fischgrätendielen. Durch den Erker ist es ein offener, heller Raum. Auch ansonsten ist das Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht – Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive, sowie ein Arbeitsplatz mit Bildschirm und Blick auf den Park.
Ich freue mich über jemand, der*die sorgsam mit meinem Mobiliar etc. umgeht, eventuell einen grünen Daumen hat und meine Pflanzen vorm sicheren Tod rettet und für den*die Sauberkeit kein Fremdwort ist.
Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Smart TV gehört auch zum Paket; sowie ein Balkon, der an das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin angrenzt und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann; und eine zweiwöchentlich kommende Putzhilfe. Totaler Luxus also ;)
Die Miete versteht sich pro Monat, bei 7 Wochen Mietdauer sind es also insgesamt 1500€ all inklusive.

I'm travelling for a few weeks (move-in and move-out dates can potentially be flexibly adjusted by a few days), hence I'm looking for a subtenant for my beautiful, sunny room in a shared flat here in Friedrichshain.
The room is really big with a gorgeous alcove and it's got everything you need for a limited stay in Berlin or as a starting point to look for something longterm. You'll of course have your own towels and linen provided, as well as a wonderful working station with a monitor and a view of the park outside the window.
So I'm looking for someone who takes good care of my furniture (and maybe plants?) and who isn't afraid of cleaning every now and again.
A big living room with a sleeping couch and a SMart TV is part of the package; as well as a balcony, that can be reached via my flatmate's room; and additionally a bi-weekly cleaning service. Pure luxury :)
The rent mentioned is per month, meaning for a total of 7 weeks, the rent is at 1500 all inclusive.
Die Lage ist großartig: Rewe und Lidl direkt vor der Haustür, Kaufland 7min zu Fuß. Außerdem der Forcki und der Blankensteinpark, wenn man sich in die Sonne legen mag. In den Boxhagenerkiez zu den ganzen Bars und Touris sind es 15min zu Fuß.
Öffis sind ebenfalls top: Tram 21 vor der Tür, M10 11min zum Bersarinplatz, Ringbahn 7min, Samariterstr U5 8min.

The location couldn't be better: Various supermarkets in direct proximity, two parks in front of your door and Boxhagenerkiez, where you find all the bars and tourists you could ask for is only 15min away by foot.
Also public transport is amazing: tram, Ringbahn und subway all in less than 10mins by foot.
Auch wenn nur für einen kurzen Zeitraum gesucht wird, würde sich deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Steffy darüber freuen, wenn man nicht nur nebeneinander her lebt, sondern auch mal gemeinsam was kocht, ein Bierchen trinkt, ein Kippchen raucht oder sonstigen schönen Dingen im Leben fröhnt. Gleichzeitig sorgt sich auch jede*r um die eigene Privatsphäre und respektiert es, wenn die Türen mal zu sind.
Deine Mitbewohnerin auf Zeit wäre Steffy, 33 und Massage- und Kosmetiktherapeutin. Du kannst sie beim Kennenlernen für das Zimmer mit allen Fragen löchern, die du so hast, sie ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, respektvoll, sauber und gesellig.

Although it's just a subrent, your future flatmate Steffy is looking forward to a social person rather than someone who doesn't appreciate talks in the kitchen, a beer on the balcony, dinner together or anything else fun. But of course everyone respects the other person's privacy and no-one is mad, when your doors are shut and you prefer being alone.
Your flatmate would be Steffy, 33 and a cosmetic/massage therapist (which is a great benefit in a shared flat). You can ask her anything you wanna know about living together when you meet for the viewing of the room, she is very friendly, respectful, clean and sociable.
As Steffy wishes to practice her English, she would like to seize the opportunity and see if we can find a native speaker. It is not a criteria for exclusion obviously, but we might prefer people a tiny bit who can only communicate in English. No offense!
