We looked for a long time for this little peace I mean piece of paradise in the middle of central Friedrichshain, 100 Meter from Warschauer Str. with S-Bahn, Tram M10, M13, etc. and U-Bahn all in 50-100 Meter distance. The 171 rooftop has 2 new premium bathrooms (Shower/Bath), 2 Entrances with ringbell connection, 2 Terraces one is 50sqm where we have steam shower, steam ionised vent, a inflatable pool, alp flowers like edelweiss and enzian as well as bourgonville, hibiscus, tomatoes ha ha, oleander and smelling roses and angel trumpets of 3 meter hight - so its lots of healthy garden work including maintinging the bbq grill and outdoor bed . There is an invisible net over the terrace that our pet the baby Macaw Parrot of 1meter size can fly free and take a bath with us or chilling or eating our perpmint or melisse plants or the hibiscus flowers....anyway he is cute so you should like parrots who great you with a friendly hello and says good bye with CIAO...and loves to shower with you from time to time or goes to the skater park across the street, outdoor for free. There is a little park as mentioned where you can run or skate or play table tennis equipment we have. The flat has floor heating in all rooms under wood floor. The rooms are totally furnished with boxspringbed, night desk, night light art deco room light, designer chair, desk, clothing cubboard and leather seat. We have a foldable chill sofabed for watching movies on our 3 D HD Blue Ray TV 3x3 Meter Beamer. WE have Miele washing machine and dishwasher and 2 new refrigerators.
