Ich vermiete mein schönes, helles Zimmer im Norden Friedrichshains unter. Das Zimmer wird nur für den gesamten Zeitraum vermietet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, also brauchst du einfach nur deinen persönlichen Kram mitbringen.
Die Miete beläuft sich auf 580€ pro Monat, inklusive aller Nebenkosten (also 1160 insgesamt). Ein- und Auszugsdatum können auch ein paar Tage früher oder später sein.

As I'll be leaving Berlin for two months, I am subletting my beautiful and bright room in the north of Friedrichshain from mid-February to mid-April (full period only). The room itself is furnished with all the necessary things; so you won't need to bring anything besides your personal stuff.
Rent is 580€ per month, including all expenses (so 1160 overall) Move-in and out Date are somewhat flexible by a few days.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus im 4.Stock eines schönen Altbaus und ist sehr hell. Sie liegt zwischen S Landsberger Allee und Tram Straßmannstraße und Landsberger Allee/Petersburger Straße, also eine schöne Gegend mit Bäckerei, Spätis, Cafés, Friseurläden usw. aber trotzdem noch recht ruhig und entspannt.
Mit Ringbahn, S8, S85, M10, M8, M6 und M5 ist man gut angebunden. Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, dm und weitere Supermärkte sind in 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The flat is on the 4th floor of the back part of an old but refurbished building (high ceilings) and very bright. It's located in between S-Bahn stop Landsberger Allee and tram stops Straßmannstr., Landsberger Allee/Petersburger Straße, so S41/42 (Ring), S8, S85, M10, M8, M6 and M5 are all close by and it's easy to get around. There are quite a few smaller restaurants, Spätis, cafés, bakeries and some shops nearby and it's generally a pretty chilled area. Besides, there a number of supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland...) within 7-10 mins walking distance.
Du wirst mit Anna zusammenwohnen, die voll berufstätig in einer Agentur für Bürgerbeteiligung ist, aber trotzdem immer Zeit für einen Kaffee oder ein Glas Wein, einem netten Gespräch oder andere Aktivitäten zu haben ist und ein sehr lieber, umgänglicher Mensch ist.

You'll be living with Anna, who's not just a lovely human being but also a great flatmate. She's working full-time at an agency at the moment but she's always up for a coffee or a glass of wine, for a chat or a stroll around the city.
Es wäre super, wenn du während meiner Abwesenheit die Pflanzen in meinem Zimmer am Leben hältst.
Wenn du Bedarf hast, kannst du gerne mein Fahrrad nutzen.
