Hi there!
We are going on our summer holiday trip from July 27th to August 18th and want to let our room(s) for an intermediate rent. It is ideal for one person, a couple or even a family since we have an additional room.
The flat is in central Friedrichshain very near Boxhagener Platz and Samariterkiez (insider tip). S-Bahn, subway and tram are around the corner. We live in a quiet and refurbished "Berliner Altbau" with A LOT of space – since we are eight people living here. We have two bathrooms, a big, fully equipped kitchen and big, cosy living room and several balconies.
Our flatmates – a woman and a family with baby – will be staying in the flat during that time. They are busy people with their jobs and garden, so you would have enough time for yourself. ;) Which doesn't mean, we don't enjoy company, on the contrary. :) Ah, and we can also give you a bike (28 inches) for your time here, if you don't have your own.

Liebe Zimmersuchende,
wir fahren in den Sommerurlaub und möchten unser schönes Zimmer inkl. Balkon (und optionalem Zweitzimmer) an eine Person, ein Pärchen oder eine kleine Familie vermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Friedrichshain, S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Tram sind fußläufig schnell erreicht, auch der beliebte Boxhagener Platz und Samariterkiez (Geheimtipp) liegen nah.
Wir wohnen in einem ruhigen sanierten Altbau-Haus mit Kindern und sind eher eine Berufstätigen-WG – aber alles andere als zweckorientiert. Da wir normalerweise zu acht hier leben, ist die Wohnung entsprechend groß: zwei Badezimmer (du hättest quasi dein eigenes), geräumige, super ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und tolles Wohnzimmer mit Bücherregal und Balkon.
Unsere vier Mitbewohner (eine Frau und ein Paar mit Baby) sind in dem Zeitraum da. Die Menschen, die wir zeitweise zurücklassen, sind gesellige und wunderbare Menschen. :) Manchmal aber auch viel unterwegs. Du hast also immer die Möglichkeit, deine Ruhe zu haben, auch durch die günstige Raumaufteilung.
Übrigens könntest du auch ein Fahrrad (28 Zoll, sehr guter Zustand) von uns leihen.
