Wir suchen für unsere 3-Zimmer-WG in Friedrichshain-Nordkiez eine/n Mitbewohner/in für mindestens 3 Monate bis maximal 6 Monate (ggf. auch länger möglich). Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß und möbliert (Hochbett, Schreibtisch, Kommode etc). In der Gesamtmiete von 375 € ist neben der Warmmiete auch die Strom- und Gaskosten enthalten sowie W-Lan. Die Wohnung hat eine 17 qm-große Wohnküche und befindet sich in der Nähe der U5 (Samariterstr.) und des S-Bahn-Ring. Hauptsächlich suchen wir jemanden, der/die hier in Berlin ein Praktikum, Studium o.a. macht und dafür eine befristete Bleibe sucht. Du würdest hier die meiste Zeit mit mir wohnen, da meine Mitbewohnerin beruflich unterwegs ist. Ich bin Franzose, Maler und Musiker, und lebe und arbeite seit 16 Jahren in Berlin. Da ich Selbstständig tätig bin, arbeite ich auch zu Hause.
