Hi,
we (Luca & Lea) have a free room in our WG for the month of march (01.03.2022 - 31.03.2022) and are looking for someone nice and friendly to sublet it. The room is very nice and spacious and as you can see from the pictures, it is partly furnished with a comfortable couch, matress and a desk, unfortunately though without a wardrobe.
You would be living right between two of the most popular areas of Berlin - the Boxhagener Platz and the Schlesisches Tor (Kreuzberg). Both of them are within 10 min walking distance.
It is a very nice three person apartment. It is a typical Berlin apartment, high ceilings, old wooden floors, original stucco on the ceilings, and located in an old building built around 1900.
Only a few feet away is our favourite local bar, Cafe Royal, with friendly staff and cozy and relaxed atmosphere. There are several supermarkets within walking distance.
The subway and S-Bahn station Warschauer Str. is only 5 min by foot. From there you can easily reach all of Kreuzberg (with the U1), Prenzlauerberg (with the M10) or Mitte (e.g. Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt).
