Die Miete ist erstmal auf ein Jahr befristet.
Wir sind eine Familie (36 und 41 Jahre) mit 2 kleinen Kindern (3 Jahre und 5 Jahre alt) und suchen eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in. Dein Zimmer ist hell ruhig und im Seitenflügel, du besitzt einen seperaten Wohnungseingang vom Seitenflügel aus. Neben deinem Zimmer ist das gemeinsam benutzte Bad. In der Mitte der Wohnung ist eine 30qm große Wohnküche. Wir selbst bewohnen 2 Zimmer im Vorderhaus, die wiederum über einen seperaten Hauseingang zu erreichen sind.
Dein Zimmer ist also, bis auf die Geräusche, die vom Bad kommen, sehr ruhig.
