ich vermiete ein Zimmer vom 01. bis 28. April in meiner Berliner Altbauwohnung. Das Zimmer ist 26qm groß super hell, komplett eingerichtet (inklusive Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, verdunkelnde Vorhänge, Bettwäsche, Handtücher) und befindet sich nahe Ostkreuz.
Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume (Küche und Bad) teilst du dir mit mir (40 / Kommunikation Non-Profit) und einem alten, ruhigen Kater.
Die Warmmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 220,- pro Woche und 500,- für den gesamten Zeitraum inklusive WLAN, Strom, Reinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Notfalls vermiete ich es auch tageweise.

I offer a room in April (01.-28.) close to Ostkreuz. The room is bright, huge (26 sm) and fully furnished (also blankets and towels if you need). You'll share kitchen and bathroom with me (40 / Marketing professional for NGO) and an old cat.
Per night it is 35,- (10,- for additional person), 220,- per week and 500,- for the whole time.
