Hello,
We're letting 25 sqm room with private balcony from february 1st till march 31st. You would be sharing a 3-bedroom apartment with 1 friendly, helpful German guy in late 20s. The third room will be let through Airbnb.
The apartment is very close to Frankfurter Allee Ubahn/Sbahn Station, and also all the attractions of Friedrichshain: the flea market and farmers marker at Boxhagener Platz, clubs and bars on Revelerstrasse, and tons of great restaurants.
The room is huge, with wood floors and a balcony, and lots of lovely morning sunlight. It's furnished with a bed, small table, a couch, and shelves.
The rent is 550 € per month plus 550 € deposit. Wireless internet and utilities are included. Rent and deposit need to be paid upfront (1650 €).
I'll put a double bed, where the white desk is now.
