Hi peeps, we are subletting a room in our nice apartment with two bedrooms in the center of the hip neighborhood Friedrichshain.
Both rooms will be available, the smaller one from mid October till March/April (I’m a bit flexible in this). The bigger one is available from November 1st until around end of February.
The street is really quiet but 5 minutes walking you are reaching the hotspot of bars and restaurants of Berlin.
5 Minute to go to the subway station Frankfurter Tor (U5, 6min drive to Alexanderplatz) and 3 minutes form the tram station M10 which brings you in 5 minutes to Warschauer Straße or 25 minutes to the main station.
It´s a pretty and clean flat with perfect Wifi, 2 bedrooms, two desks and a table to eat in the cosy kitchen.

The price of the smaller room is 700 €/month and the price of the bigger one is 850€/month. We would prefer someone who take the room for the whole time.

Die Straße ist wirklich ruhig, aber in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Hotspot der Berliner Bars und Restaurants.
In 5 Minuten ist man bei der U-Bahnstation Frankfurter Tor (U5, 6 Minuten bis Alexanderplatz) und 3 Minuten bei der Straßenbahnhaltestelle M10, die euch in 5 Minuten zur Warschauer Straße oder in 25 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof bringt.
Es ist eine hübsche und saubere Wohnung mit perfektem Wlan, 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Schreibtischen und einem Tisch zum Essen in der gemütlichen Küche.
Der Preis des kleineren Zimmers beträgt 700€/Monat und der Preis des größeren Zimmers 850€/Monat. Wir würden jemanden bevorzugen, der das Zimmer für die gesamte Zeit nimmt.
