du wohnst in einem 23 qm großen Zimmer im Altbau. Durch die Lage zum Hinterhof raus ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt drei WG-Zimmer und ein Durchgangs-/Wohnzimmer in dieser knapp 120 qm großen Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Die Möbel sind größtenteils Unikate. Du solltest daher ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein hierfür mitbringen.
Das Zimmer wird vom 28.12.2023 bis 15.02.2024 vermietet (7 Wochen, 1,5 monatsmieten). Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten!

you live in a 23 sqm room. Because of its location next to the backyard it is very quiet. There are three rooms and a passage/living room in this almost 120sqm apartment.
The room is fully furnished. The furniture is mostly unique. You should therefore have a strong sense of responsibility for this.
You rent the room from 28. December 2023 to 15. February 2024 (7 weeks 1,5 month of rent).
Du wohnst direkt in der Rigaerstraße, hier gibt es die Rigaer 94 als Hausprojekt und vieles mehr. Wir schauen regelmäßig vorbei wenn dort was besonderes los ist. Öffis, wie Tram, U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind auch um die Ecke. Wenn du mal keine Lust auf kochen hast gibt es auch gegenüber Saigon Shack, wo wir mit eigenen Teller unser Mittagessen abholen und anschliessend noch warm in unserer Küche essen ;) Um die Ecke gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte.

You live directly in Rigaerstraße, there is Rigaer94 as house project. We regularly stop by when there is something special going on there. Metro, S-Bahn and Tram are also around the corner. If you don't feel like cooking, there is also Saigon Shack across the street where you can pick up your food with your own plate and then eat it hot in our kitchen ;) Shopping is also around the corner.
Wir sind Freddy (28), Gerrit (28) und Mina (ich vermiete mein Zimmer) und wohnen in der schönen Rigaer Straße in Friedrichshain.
Wir sind ausdrücklich keine ZweckWG, sondern am miteinander Leben interessiert. Wir haben oft unsere engen Freunde zuhause und je nachdem wie wir zeitlich mit Uni/Arbeit eingespannt sind kochen wir zusammen, hiefen uns an der Klimmzugstange hoch oder verschnakkeln uns auch gerne mal in der Küche bei einer oder mehreren Runden Kaffee/Bier/Vino. Im Wohnzimmer können wir gemeinsam Filme auf unserem Schlafsofa gucken oder und auf der Werkbank werkeln.
Unsere Türen stehen uns untereinander eigentlich immer offen. Thema Sauberkeit: wir haben einen Putzplan, der wöchentlich rotiert und achten grundsätzlich gemeinsam auf durchschnittliche Sauberkeit.

We are Freddy (28), Gerrit (28) and Mina (I am renting my room) and live in the beautiful Rigaer Straße in Friedrichshain.
We are expressly not a flat share, but interested in living together. We often have our close friends at home and depending on how busy we are with university/work, we cook together, pull ourselves up on the pull-up bar, or we like to chat in the kitchen over one or more rounds of coffee/beer/vino. In the living room we can watch films together on our sofa bed or work on the workbench.
Our doors are always open to each other. On the subject of cleanliness: we have a cleaning plan that rotates weekly and we generally pay attention to average cleanliness together.
Seit anfang 2020 ist die Ostseeplatz Genossenschaft Besitzer*in von unserem Haus und somit hat das Haus es mit viel Glück geschafft einem Investor anhand des Vorkaufsrechts den Rücken zu kehren. Dies hat unsere Hausgemeinschaft sehr gestärkt.
