I am renting out one of the room of a two bedrooms apartment.
The room is very spacious, it is situated in a recently renovated original Berliner altbau with high ceiling. Thanks to the loft bed, you will have plenty of space to occupy underneath. The room is furnished, under the loft bed a table, a chair and a wardrobe are available for you. The mattress for the bed is not included.
The rest of the flat is also fully furnished. Next to the two rooms there is a big kitchen/living room with a comfy sofa and dining area. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge,freezer and washing machine are all available.) The apartment also has a small and sunny balcony.
All rooms are facing the inner court of the building, so you don't need to worry about the noises of the street. The apartment is on the first floor, which also means that it is a very cool flat on the summer, it does not heat up when the weather is really hot outside.
The flat is situated in the heart of Friedrichshain.
In 2 minutes you will reach Boxhagener platz, where there is farmers market every Saturday. In one minute you are at Simon Dach or Grünberger strasse where you will find countless bars, restaurants, cafés, spätis and brunch places. You will reach the RAW Gelände in 5 mins as well ;)
Rewe, DM, Rossmann, Aldi are in walking distance.
Closest stops are Samariterstr for U5, Simplonstr for M13 and Warschauerstr or Ostkreuz for S5,7,9. Alexanderplatz and Schönefeld Airport are reachable in appx.25 mins.
I am a Hungarian girl, starting my 30s and working for a German company. I am a really easy-going person and drive a rather calm lifestyle but I love to discover new places, cafés, restaurants in Berlin.
