My flatmate just got a job offer in another city. I am looking for a long term flatmate as from the end of October. Looking for ideally a male since my girlfriend lives in another city and would not be comfortable me living with a female. Ideally someone in their mid 33´s or early 40´s.
Looking for someone clean, non smoker and easy going. Location is in Friedrichain by ostbahnhof. its a 2 bedroom flat. You can see pictures of the flat in the link below. The room is furnished, bed, reading table, hanging cloths rack ETC.

Its Located in Friedrichain, 5 min from Ostbahnhof, and close to Kruezberg. Its also 2 stops from Alexander platz so pretty central. Public transportation here is the S5, S75, S7 or the U5. The supermarket is open 7 days a week.
2 bedroom and a big living room as communal space. Kitchen and living room shared space.
Its a Two bedroom flat with a big living room and kitchen. Only two people to share the flat so looking for one more person as my flatmate us moving out. Living room is common space and free to entertain guest.
Rules are:
- Clean up after yourself immediately especially the common living space
- Weekends general house cleaning we take turns
- You can have friends over, if you are having guest longer than 3 days please inform each other.
- Put back everything you used in the kitchen back in its place after use.
