Unsere Mitbewohnerin Laura zieht leider aus & nun suchen wir dich als Nachfolger:in! Der Einzug ist zum 01.11. möglich.
Die Wohnung ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung und befindet sich im 5. OG (keine Angst, wir haben einen Fahrstuhl), hat zwei Badezimmer (mit Badewanne), ist sehr hell und hat insgesamt ca. 140 qm, welche sich auf 5 Zimmer verteilen.
Im großen Wohnzimmer & Küche kommt die WG zusammen & hier ist definitiv genug Platz für alle, egal ob zum kochen, arbeiten oder einfach nur quatschen. Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 12 qm und geht zum ruhigen Hinterhof raus.
Da wir die WG mit einigen Möbeln ausgestattet haben (Couch, Esstisch, Kühlschrank...) fällt eine Abschlagszahlung von ca. 850€ bei Einzug an. Dieses Geld erhältst du jedoch bei Auszug von deinem "Nachmieter" zurück bzw. kannst es von ihm einfordern.
Hinweis: Wir suchen jemanden, der Vollzeit arbeitet. Die Hausverwaltung wird auch prüfen, ob das Gehalt ausreicht, um den Anteil an der Miete zu decken.

Since one of our flatmates is leaving we are looking for a new flatmate!
The move-in date would be 1st of November.
The flat is on the 5th floor (don't worry, we have a lift), has two bathrooms (with bathtub), is very bright & has a total of about 140 sqm spread over 5 rooms. In the large living room and kitchen we come together and there is definitely enough space for everyone, whether for cooking, working or just chatting. From the wonderful south-facing balcony you have a unique view on Boxhagener Platz and the roofs of Berlin. The available room faces towards the calm inner courtyard.
Since we have equipped the WG with some furniture (couch, dining table, refrigerator...) a down payment of approx. 850€ is due when you move in. However, you can claim this money back from the next tenant when you move out.
Please note: We are looking for someone in full-time employment. The housing agency will also check that the salary is enough to cover their portion of the rent.

Wir, Katy, Johanna & Sam, suchen eine(n) Mitbewohner*in, die Interesse an einer längerfristigen Hausgemeinschaft hat. Wir würden uns eine berufstätige Person wünschen, die mit uns mindestens ein Jahr in der Wohnung bleiben möchte.
