ich suche einen liebevollen Mensch für mein 2er -WG in meiner modern und schön eingerichteten Wohnung mit einer großzügige Wohnküche zum Teilen :) Ich bin keine TV-Fan, trotzdem kannst du Netflix auf dem Beamer schauen. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist recht groß und man fühlt sich wie im Wald.

The flat comprises of a huge living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (everything you need to cook a meal, make a smoothie and a coffee + dishwasher), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and 2 bedrooms.
You will be using the spacious master bedroom, which does not look exaclty like on the pictures anymore, but it will have140cm Malm bed and Ikea rack for your clothes and a small bedtable (there is also an IKEA PAX-wardrobe in the corridor).
Die Lage ist perfekt an der Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Direkt hinter dem Haus gibts Edeka, Denn's Biomarkt und eine Packstation. In 10 Minuten bist du ins Volkspark Friedrichshain.
The flat is located at Bersarinplatz just 7mins walking from Frankfurter Tor where you can get the U5 direction Alexanderplatz.
Also, there is a M10 stop just in front which you can use to go to Prenzlauerberg or Warschauerstr to connect with Sbahn or U1 to Kreuzberg. By bike, you can reach Volkspark Friedrichshain in just 5mins.
For supermarkets there are Edeka and Denn's Biomarkt.
Another really cool bonus is the Packstation just behind the building where you can receive your packages if you are not home for the delivery.
