Zimmer ist frei ab 15.05!
Unsere WG ist im 3. Stock des Hinterhauses gelegen, Umgebungslärm der Straße gibt es daher überhaupt keinen. Im Vorderhaus befindet sich das Tilsiter Lichtspiele, ein schönes, altes, kleines Kino inklusive Bar und Biertischen davor auf dem Gehweg. Es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof mit Grünflächen, in dem auch die Fahrräder abgestellt werden...
Das Zimmer hat 20qm mit ein Balkon, und ist auf die sehr sonnige Hinterhofseite gerichtet.
Unser Bad ist groß und mit Dusche und Wanne ausgestattet. Auch die Küche ist geräumig.
Zudem gibt es eine kleine Kammer.
Kosten:
Wir haben eine Warmwasser- und Heizpauschale, d.h. können so viel verbrauchen, wie wir wollen, ohne dass sich am Preis etwas ändert (versuchen natürlich trotzdem den Verbrauch umweltschonend angebracht zu halten). Das Zimmer kostet (inkl. Internet, GEZ, Wasser, Heizung und Strom) 491 Euro/Monat.
Die Kaution beträgt 709 Euro.

Zimmer:
The flat is in the 3rd floor in the backhouse;. We have a beautiful little cinema in the front house, with a bar and there’s a little green backyard, where we put our bikes. The room is 20 square meters, with its own balcony, and is situated to the very sunny side of the backyard. We have a big bathroom, with shower and bathtub and our kitchen is also quite big. In addition we have a little utility closet.
491 Euro per month includes everything (rent, Internet, water, heating, energy…)
The deposit is 709 Euro.

F. (32): Your creative nerdy faggot next door with a very german dryness of humor. Currently studying Philosophy in a second Bachelor, but already have a Master in Neurobiology. My philosophical studies so far have tought me the importance of science, with the method of doubting being the greatest asset in the philosopher's toolbox. In my PhD after, I want to do work on how a positivist worldview may be an ally rather than enemy to (queer-)feminist and anticapitalist critique. Next to my studies, I make Techno music. I am a DJ and producer, mostly focused around dark athmospheric techno. Sometimes I like to dance in Berghain or some queer parties, but I used to go more often. Lately I also grew into the new hobby of DIY perfumery.
C. (34): C likes to write self descriptions in the third person. He probably has the best taste in music (at leastif you´re into experimental funeral music or something) and movies the world has ever seen, and indulges in them quite a lot. Other than that he's into exercise, meditation, intermittent fasting, vegan food (sometimes vegetarian), abstract photography/art and being kind and humble. He did study Communications Design, but is letting his talent go to waste, preferably working as a caretaker/assistant for a person with disability. There's so much more he does, would love to do but doesn´t , and is passionate about that doesn't fit here. This description might sounds more interesting than the reality... You know how it is!
E. (27, any pronouns): I'm Italian, a musicologist and - most importantly - a dyke. I write reviews for a music magazine and I like to get involved in various political actions, mostly demos. I occasionally play the oboe, but I'm not very committed. After some months of denial, I have embraced my reputation as the instant ramen person in the flat.

We have everything you need (washing mashine, ...), but if you bring some stuff we are going to find a place for it and someone who is happy to use it.
Some of the furniture of the room will stay in the room for a very affordable price (100€ - which inclue the double bed, the red sofa, the desk, and the night table)
